Am I ready for the rest of the week? How many things on my list need to be tabled for another week? Is my to do list too long to be effective?
Sometimes we (meaning I) add everything for the week to the list on Monday. If I don’t take the time to move the items to various days in the week I begin to feel over-whelmed. I check the list on Tuesday and realize that very little got crossed off the list on on Monday. Pretty easy to feel defeated or deflated.
So today I will tweak the list so that I have no more that 6 things to do each day.
