The recipe is my own and included the following:
- Fresh tomatoes
- Green and orange pepper
- Fresh garlic
- Italian seasoning
- Sea salt
I vary the amounts depending on what I have on hand and taste as I go. This was served over baked spaghetti squash with a little bit of Parmesan. You can google ratatouille and find many delicious recipes.
Another great healthy meal enjoyed!
