My intention today is to celebrate life!
With yet another storm looming my thoughts move –
Sunny warm on the window
Old snow glistening, melting
Birds chirping
Feeder swaying with smooth movements
Looming – snow, wind, ice and
more of what we’ve known.
Reluctantly winter will gave way
Slowly spring returns
To warmer days
More warmth on my windows
More snow escaping into spring
Soon
Very soon
