Ok so I get it.  I need to bring joy and a heart of love to all that I do.

Really?

Even while doing the dishes?

Or tiding up the counter?

I understand this concept as it pertains to my many jobs and while out and about running errands; but really?

Keeping house has never been one of my strong suits and doing the dishes is at the top of the “you’ve got to be kidding” list.

Perhaps this is more about a general feeling of joy that we can have in our lives; the kind of joy that remains even when completing a task we’d rather leave behind.

Well for today I will sing myself through the dishes and the rest of my iky jobs.
