My 40 Days of Intention Experiment: Day 21

Busy day of work for me.  My routines got “tweaked” in more ways than I feel necessary to list here. Rolling with the change is a good thing, right?

My intention is to dance my way through the evening, freeing up anxiety and tension.

No matter what I did today or how I felt, I have total control of my thoughts and feelings.  I enjoy my Friday evenings and am so grateful for the life I’ve been given.

I am grateful for:

  • my life
  • Nick, the love of my life
  • my girls and family
  • my friends
  • my co-workers and colleagues
  • and so much, much more.

So, I challenge you this evening to dance. Get up and move your body. Dance wildly in your room or just in your head. Go ahead.

Also, share your gratitude list with someone. Imagine how great you will feel.

  1. Happy Friday night, Doll! I love all the photo you include. Thank-you for taking the time to add them. And, I am with you -dancing! TGIF. It still feels that way even when I am retired! Guess I just need to dance more !
