Busy day of work for me. My routines got “tweaked” in more ways than I feel necessary to list here. Rolling with the change is a good thing, right?
My intention is to dance my way through the evening, freeing up anxiety and tension.
No matter what I did today or how I felt, I have total control of my thoughts and feelings. I enjoy my Friday evenings and am so grateful for the life I’ve been given.

- Nick, the love of my life
- my girls and family
- my friends
- my co-workers and colleagues
- and so much, much more.
So, I challenge you this evening to dance. Get up and move your body. Dance wildly in your room or just in your head. Go ahead.
