My 40 Days of Intention Experiment: Sunday

Today my intention is to notice.

To notice who is with me.
To notice what is on my path.

The sun peaks through snow filled clouds
Welcoming the day
Evening’s dark curtain is pulled back
Giving life to all the possibilities that await.
Take notice.
See the miracle of life.
Feel the gift that wraps warm arms around a late winter
Take heart in the hope of spring
Not long now beloved
Not long.

  1. Good morning Doll,
I love your gentle poem! Living in the moment always sounds easy, yet it is so challenging because of all our inner chatter. Some say we identify our self with the inner chatter. A poem like yours helps me break through that chatter and so I am grateful to you today!

  2. Thank you so much for your kindness Betty Lynn. There is a lot of chatter. I’m pausing today to clear that from my mind and move forward in love.
