My 40 Days of Intention Experiment: Day 7

My intention for today:  I am lifted up!

Today’s “Diving Deeply” is all about being lifted up.

Who can I lift up today?
So many are struggling
  • friends
  • family
  • neighbours

Some I’m able to speak with, others are out of reach.

Whether I am present with someone and am able to share a hug or a smile or on speaking on my cell, I can find ways to lift up those around me.
Healing Hands
I pray for people to feel the presence of Spirit; of comforting arms around them.  I give encouragement and help. I can guide people back to their purpose and passion.  I laugh, sing, or perhaps even cry with them.  Whatever is needed I try to provide.
In the end we often feel lifted up in giving to others.  Both for myself in giving and for the receiver in accepting this small gift are lifted, even slightly, beyond our current state of being.
Who will you lift up today?
